New Tape Wow and Flutter features capture the imperfections that helped to give the original Mellotron its charm, whilst some additional warmth and character is offered by newly introduced built-in amp simulation facilities. GForce have also implemented some new features which intent to improve how M-Tron Pro IV plays and sounds. New dedicated Preset and Tape browsers offer enhanced navigation of the instrument’s extensive collection of sounds, and newly added Undo, Redo, Copy and Paste functions help users to stay on track whilst editing and experimenting with new patches. Boasting a redesigned interface along with an extensive 3.5GB sound library which offers over 200 tape banks and more than 800 presets, the instrument promises to deliver a wealth of sonic options as well as providing users with effortless and efficient operation and customisation options.Ī range of new features have been introduced in the latest version, many of which focus on improved user experience.
